Return, Exchange & Refund


We ACCEPT return and exchange for :

1. Clean and unworn products in their original packaging
2. Products with manufacturing defects
3. Size / Color exchange for which delivery charges will be borne by you
4. Regular priced products
5. Products returned within 10 days from date of delivery within Malaysia and 15 days for Singapore.

We DO NOT ACCEPT return and exchange for :

1. Sale, value buy and discounted product.
2. Products that were damaged due to abuse or negligence (e.g exposure to chemicals, sun, rain etc)
3. Products that were damaged due to misuse other than the intended purpose
4. Products that were damaged due to wear and tear
5. Products that were altered, soiled or stained

Return, exchange & refund is only applicable for items shipped within Malaysia and Singapore.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Products are subject to inspection and discretion of FASB. Products returned is not a guarantee for exchange or refund. Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has been received for your exchange to be processed.

1. The return / exchange value will be kept as credit once it is approved
2. The refund value will be based on the product’s value on the invoice excluding shipping or any other charges incurred for the original order
3. This credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and does not expire or depreciate
4. This credit can be used to offset the value of any new purchases

1. Only manufacturing defect products are accepted for exchange
2. In the case whereby you consider a product to be defective, kindly contact us at 603-9283 5467 or email us at enquiry@fasb.ws immediately upon examining the product with details of the defect within 3 days of receiving the product
3. We accept size exchange within 3 days upon receiving the product
4. All shipping cost for the return and subsequent delivery of the exchanged product will be borne by you
5. Exchange is subject to stock availability and in the event where an exchange is unavailable, you may exchange for a different product.

Shipping Information

All shipment are sent via local courier provider Pos Laju for Malaysia nationwide shipping and Pos Malaysia for International shipment.

All shipping rates will be calculated upon check-out and may differ depending on destination country and number of parcels.

Malaysia & Singapore            : 4 – 5 business days

Business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Malaysia.
